Products that arrive damaged, defective or are just not to your satisfaction can be *returned within 3 days of receipt for a **full refund on your credit card. Just write to rma@deepseatreasure.com submitting your order number, the item number you wish to return and the reason of your return. You will then receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by email with instructions on how to return the items back for a **full refund.
*Note. Returned merchandise that shows signs of usage, wear and or tampering with will not be accepted. RMA number is required for returns.
** Shipping charges from our warehouse to the customer are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping returned merchandise back to our warehouse.
